Duclos or Optitek

Which 18-85mm Lens support is the better bang for the $345.00 buck & why? Duclos or Optitek?

I've seen both in person and went with the Optitek. Liked it quite a bit better. I'm sure both will get the job done, but the Optitek is beefier, and with the optional handle works great and looks fantastic.

I just saw the pictures and descriptions on the web and decided for the Duclos because it was thinner and less beefy.

I'm sure they're both good products. I think it's more a matter of taste and if you need a handle or not.

I have seen them both, we bought the Optitek and the Duclos lens cap. Here is a pic of the Optitek with the must have handle.

Also consider the Birns bridge support, it is a lot more adjustable then the Arri LS-9 and LS-10 and cheaper too.
