Just a follow up.
For no particular reason (apologies to the other folks making similar products), I ordered up two of Dave's covers.
They are sitting on my desk at home, not at my shop, so I have not tried them on the Epic yet.
However, at first blush, the seem perfect. Good looking, solid, pebble-finish ABS. Thick enough (1/4"?) not to be flimsy. Cuts are all rounded.
Overall, very nice, and a good price.
I may add my own mod: captive screws with knurled heads for fast, tool-free on/off.

Hi Dave,

Got 2 of your plates and they work well but if I could make a suggestion and include 2 M4 screws with knobs so taking on and off could be tool less when you need to put the redmote on.
