I can get what Elsie is saying...I personally kept pushing for discretion about the complaints... It can be handled by Bomb Squad people really didn't need to cut off their noses and ruin the reputation of the camera (potentially). I think its poor taste, I think we will have the FW fix soon, but maybe some will just have unrealistic views of what the sensitivity aught to be. What I would like to see is histograms not crushed in Redcine, since that really tells the full story...Maybe a lot of the FUD is really from underexposure/people not viewing the raw feed? Who knows...

Anyone ever visit stock market forums? Not to dissregard legitimate issues, but sometimes when I start to see the flood of negative posts for one thing or another it looks just like a page out of the stock bashers handbook heh heh. Good thing Red isn't publicly traded or this would be ten times worse with short interests taking over the board. At least for the most part we are all srtiving for the same goal of finding the perfect image capturing device. Now if they could just record my dreams that would be my perfect camera.
