I dont normally bitch about the timing of an upgrade. But this is ridiculously long waiting. Red has commited to only announce when its ready. This is clearly not ready yet. Whatever the system of order that is red doing now is not working.

Or back before Christmas... I sent my Epic-X in before Christmas and got it back shortly into the new year. It's all about when you placed your upgrade order.
