Could be anywhere in the world today.
I'm currently in Indonesia shooting a project and had time to knock off a few portraits between scenes of some of our back ground talent who had some really interesting faces.

Only spent a quick couple of minutes grading up some of the shots in FCPX, but am still really amazed with Dragons range, depth and tones.
No wonder it won best sensor in the world. I can see why photographers use it now for magazine work.

Would have loved to see more of the car behind the camo-coat goats in that first shot. '-)

But those shots really convey the local's state of mind as almost all of them are smiling.

'Could be anywhere in the world today' this would seem once again the perfect statement for you Mark.

The DR on the Dragon is truly amazing, are you using OLPF Low light or The highlight one?

Indonesians are great to work with, many years ago I spent a week shooting on the Island of Lombok.

Canon 50 1.2, are you using this as manual or Auto focus?

Lastly is this just a light weight setup ? Eg. just a Side Handle with Red volts, lens and 5" Touch?

Once again thanks for sharing!

Low light

Manual focus

light weight setup yes.

:)

shutter speed, frame rate, compression, capture and post sizes (both 6K)?
Portraits are very nice!

low light OLPF this is very interesting, do you see times when you might use the highlight One?

It looks like the revised low light really does the job for most things........

once more Thank You

great images

Awesome images Mark, as always.

Really nice, Mark!
I was planning to test some 6K portraits too when I get my cam. I wish Sigma Art had a 85mm to match the other primes that I use.
Did you notice distortion on the close-ups with that 50mm?
