Folks,

I understand that there's a trick to disconnecting the LCD cable from both the Side SSD and the LCD screen itself, but I just can't find any guidance online as to what that is. Could someone please explain how to disengage the lock to remove the lead?

I know it might be a dumb question but I can't seem to find an answer to this through searching.

Thanks so much!

The plugs on both ends have a sleeve, you have to slightly pull the sleeve towards the end of the plug away from the socket first to unlock it , then pull the plug out of the socket.

The sleeve mentioned by Marcus is the knurled/patterned section.

Funny, I got my Scarlet few days ago and got stuck with the same issue - but ended figuring out by accident :)

Hey Phil, very useful guide, thanks a lot for your time!
