Disable Touchscreen?

Hey Red Team...
Is the touchscreen the main way to interface with menus etc.?
Is there a lock button, or can the touch be disabled? Seems like an easy thing to bump or have extra hands grabbing and changing parameters, etc. accidentally.
Just a thought...

I'm pretty sure you can control everything with the hardware buttons as well. As for if you can lock it, I don't really see that being much of a problem. It's fairly difficult to accidentally bump/activate a touch screen. Either way though, it would be a nice option.

You can lock the touchscreen. You can also control the camera from the REDmote or the Side Handle.

FYI it is very difficult to "bump" the settings on the touchscreen. You should not worry about this issue.....

I just looked you up on IMDB and didn't realize how many films you've done that I liked ... especially Can't Be Me Love -- yes it was a little silly, but by far one of my favorites from the 80's. In the current beta firmware, there's a simple little icon to lock it and unlock it. It's easy and effective.
