DINO bout to have a super blast.

I heard him shout the loudest scream of joy I have ever heard come out of a single man right after he loaded the camera into his car tonight.

[Curran Giddens]

Looking forward to seeing Dino's list of "Shot on Epic-M" projects.

its starting.

and dino, after getting the M, you are one of the first to get the epic-x!
in a couple of weeks you will have 2 epics.....3D musicvideos in mind?
i guess mark will be the 1st to get the epic-x, so some 3D footy will blast through the industry by you, mark and gibby once the epic-x starts.
super cool.

It should come as no surprise that Dino's already shot 10 Music Clips, 6 Commercials and 2 Indie features in the short time we've taken to post in this thread... Which he will be posting shortly!

I can't decide to laugh at this with sarcasm
Or just be in awe of the possibility of it being true..
DINO has posted so many awesome jobs :lurk5:

Obviously making good use of the flux module.

Wonder how much one of those bad boys costs. Essentially you could rent it by the minute - the plutonium overhead is quite high though. Not sure if you can buy cheap replacements from China, but I do know there are quite a few places around the world that I'm told have the ability to make the modules but there is no evidence to support that claim.

[Elsie N]

Now he can shoot 5k footage of himself to send home to his family to pretend he is there until he gets to come home between breaks. Good thing too, because with this camera there may not be many breaks for awhile.

Looking at the picture in combination with this comment made me laugh pretty hard, although I'm pretty sure whenever I finally have my epic, I'll be making quite the similar sound haha.

4 down! Many more to go!

I... am not left-handed!

I... am not left-handed!

Is now the proud owner of his Epic-M.

This photo reminded me of one of my favorite movie lines of all time...

Inigo: "I admit it, you are better than I am!" Westley: "Then why are you smiling?" Inigo: "Because I know something you don't know!" Westley: "And what is that?" Inigo: "I… am not left-handed!"

Congratulations guy, I understand the scream of joy especially after having watched Gibby/Rossi unboxing video of his new M8 :emote_happyhappy: I was very happy with them. Also congrats to the RED TEAMS for the fantastic little but Big object.

thank you all for the kind words...i am in the process of shooting and also testing..i will share soon.

i have had the pleasure of having an epic here and there over the last 5 months...this version of the camera is leaps and bounds over the other ones i was exposed to...fully worth the wait.

by the time you guys get yours i am sure it will be even better!

i love the delivery date too...using european style dates...

11/02/2011 - very symmetrical.

there is even more significance too the dates, but ill keep some info private.

[dino g]

so, as soon as i received the camera i travel about a mile up the street to my good friends, light iron digital...

i shot a very down and dirty 5k 2.40:1 test of 120fps...i am not a very good juggler, particularly of starbust candies ( they are so small)..

i barely graded this and there was just the lights that are in the facility...

I HAD TO TAKE THESE DOWN TOO MUCH BANDWIDTH

shot with old red 18/50 at t3...120fps, shutter at 1/120 hand held by pete cioni, the business side of the cioni brothers.

enjoy

[dino g]

it is a prores 1920x1080 full debayer...i can compress one even further if you would like..

get some bandwidth and join the revolution!
