Difference netween two Tiffen 2.1 NDs

Using old Nikon glass and have a 77mm adapter. I have some left over from the Tiffen Indie kit but wanted a heavier one. No idea what the difference between these two filters are, does anyone here?

One is a standard IRND, the other is from the newer "NATural" series. Per the press from their announcement, the Naturals have been reformulated to enhance color fidelity/neutrality.

Ah well to match the older NDs I have anyway I suppose there would be no real use especially if they're both IR.
