Welcome to Reduser.

As far as we know the major differences are a larger body size to accommodate the fixed lens. As well as the fixed lens will have "fly by wire" controls and be sold in a kit package to let you "shoot out of the box". other than that the original specs were more or less the same on the brains. I would check back in on Friday because things are always subject to change.

2 days! exciting times indeed!
been following the progress for 2 years now....can't wait for friday!

I'm unclear about what the 'fly by wire' controls are. Does it mean zoom, aperture, focus etc. are controlled from a single servo ring rather than having 3 manual rings?

At least from previous renders the only ring on the lens is the focus ring. Everything else is internal.
