Some great looking features - looks like a lot of great work! Looking forward to seeing it next week at the show.

doesn't prelude already work with R3D files? I can confirm that for you if you'd like. I have it installed just haven't used it yet.

Thank you David and all the Adobe team. After so many hours spent on CS6 I am happy that my major editor keep going and innovate.

That looks like a step in the right direction - well several steps. New timeline and audio features in particular look very promising, as does Speedgrade integration. Look forward to taking it for a spin...

When will these be available for download from creative cloud?

check out the the whole NAB sneak page:

Thank you so much Dave. Al's looking good up there.

This is a really good example of a software developer listening to end users. A year or so ago the results from that meet up happened at Raleigh Studios and some of the follow up communication is really on display here.

- Lumetri within Premiere Pro
- Easy Look integration within Premiere Pro
- Color Match within Speedgrade
- Snapshots within Speedgrade
- New match color tools within Speedgrade

I'll have to go back and check my list, but you guys are hitting the major points. Can't wait to start cracking and creating color quilts with the new snapshots.

With the Red source settings (or within RedCine-X Pro) we'll be able to do our first light and save the RMD then add global looks via Premiere. I can see this being an incredibly attractive workflow for Red shooters who work in broadcast or have other sorts of speedy deliveries in mind.

Also, love the new waveform within Speedgrade.

Digging this. Smart stuff.

Yes you can now export single sequences as XML.

Yes you can now add markers to R3D files in Prelude.

Here is a pretty comprehensive list. It is missing a few things. We have done so much in the last year it is hard to keep track!

I think you're not going to be able to answer this at such an early juncture - but could one upgrade from 5.5 to this version and skip CS6?

Can we get more accurate audio timing than just snapping to frames yet? It's what keeps me from recommending Premiere Pro to everybody.

Samples, Milliseconds, anything!
Not sure what you are asking. We have have had audio sample editing for many releases. (maybe Premiere Pro 1??) Just go into the timeline panel wing menu and select "Show Audio Time Units"

Cheers

Dave

Nice a big update!

Two things Im hoping for

update rmd easier.

The option to ad handles to dynamic linked comps. In best case at anytime. Sometimes you want to extend a dynamiclinked clip and get a drag. Should also be possible to get back the orignalclip easy.
