  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

December deliveries...

Daniel (and everyone in #101-#300) -

About 10 days ago, we sent an email to all RED ONE reservation holders with initial "get ready, your camera is coming" details. Later today, we plan to send out a "we are shipping #101-#300, the sooner you pay, the sooner we can start processing your order" email. Both emails have lists of what you have on order in our system.

If for some reason, you did NOT get this initial email from RED, please contact us at orders@red.com. As you can imagine, we are getting a ton of emails these days so please be patient as we get through each one as quickly as possible.

I know exactly what you mean. Everyone is on holidays right now including my account manager at the bank. But they'll all be back by the 7th and maybe the Red Drives will be ready at that time.
 
Hey you lucky N: 100-300 folks :).

Give us a hint when you get your baby, so that we know that the RED avalanche is already on its way.
 
I don't mean to harp again, but will the rest of us get an updated shipping schedule? With the start of this next 200, are we looking at a month to month shipping or do you anticipate more beta-test delays?
 
With this number of cameras delivered 1-300, beta testing
should stop here IMHO. Otherwise if Red has to go back to the shop on a regular basis it's not a viable system for professional use.
Let's hope this is the end of Red beta and the start of 'Red Better Best'.
If this is the case, well done all on the Red team and the very best for
New Year.

Tonaci Tran is the lucky owner of 102. I just came to know that he has just received it.


Though I donot own it, But every camera coming out from RED makes me proud..... :bleh:
