Hi guys,

The DC power port has become increasinly loose and has now stopped working all together, i have tried tightening it, and useing the cable to insert, and tighten clockwise, but this just made things worse, thereare 4 allen kay bolts too remove the bottom plate of the brain, what will i see if i remove? im sure the port can be adjusted from inside, but i do not want too comprimise the camera by doing so, anyone ever take of the the bottom plate too get to the ports?

Is there an expander for the dsmc1, that allows me too power the cam directly- without the drop down canle to power port-

-epic x - (dsmc1)

Thank you in advance-

What camera is this?

I think do not twist the connector, thats a bad idea.

If its DSMC2 Put cable in then try twist the little ring sitting around the front of the connector clockwise without twisting the actual cable connecor.
