DaVinci Resolve Lite adds Ultra HD resolutions / additional GPU support

This is huge news to me. My ONLY issue with the Lite version has been it's inability to handle a 4K workflow, which is the point of having a Red camera.

In a press release email from BMC:

"Other changes include the addition of Ultra HD resolutions and additional GPU support on the free of charge DaVinci Resolve Lite edition."

And the GPU reference I believe would mean that the Lite version can use the full potential of the new Mac Pro.

Just downloaded.

I'm loving it. I was 2 seconds away from buying Scratch when I heard about the v10 improvements.

My playback has significantly improved. The windows pen tool works just like scratch. it iis awesome.
