Davinci Resolve Benchmark Thread

There are a few threads over on Creative Cow with Davinci benchmarks, but none on REDuser so let's post our results.

Here's what you do:

1) From the Davinci installer, copy the sample clips onto your desktop
2) Download the 8.2 test project - (Mac) (PC)
3) Import the .tar/.zip file as a project before extracting the XML within. Once loaded, import the sample clips into your media pool.
4) Right click on the first clip in the color tab and you'll see all the benchmark versions have been applied.
5) Post your system specs and results. Playback frame rate should be set to 24fps.

Good idea but I get an error when importing the xml in Resolve 9.0 beta "invalid finalcut pro xml file".
I will look for a new version of Resolve.

I just downloaded the 9 version non beta. But the import xml menu is now gray. What is wrong ?

You have to import the .tar/.zip file as a project before extracting the XML within. Once loaded, right click on the first clip in the color tab and you'll see all the benchmark versions have been applied.
