Hey Luigi. I have looked through this entire thread and found a bunch of useful info. I want to build a Hackintosh to run resolve on osx. Could you put a current list of components that you feel would be best to run resolve? Im not needing to have a red rocket or color 5k or anything like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

i have got new HDD -
it will be great help if someone can please send me Extra and dsdt.aml ( zip file )

My System Config :

Nvidia 9800 GT + 2 x Nvidia GTX 470
Black Magic Decklink HD Extreme
24 GB RAM

I can change/Remove any Cards as per your system config :

Please mention 10.6 or 10.7 while sending zip file ( Extra Folder and dsdt.aml)

Arun 10.7 is Lion not Snow...
10.7.0 or 10.7.1 ? what version and number?
and i repeat is better 3 same gtx , but is possible to work your configuration.

I have done fresh install of 10.7.0 -
2 x Nvidia GTX 270 are in slot no: 5 and 7 ( no 9800 GT )
i have installed machete - option 2 Quadro 4000

Problem is after Installation :

Graphics option : 1200x1600 only
No Cuda Support

Do i need to update anything else ... Please help.

hehe of course, for now I do not change my hp z800, the output aspect of the new mac pro, we hope to have 6 pci-e. Sincermante thunderbolt I do not do anything. Unfortunately it is still a bottleneck.
If mac pro will not come out. maybe I'll change 'with the HP z820, for now I do not have money to burn in this PC I prefer to keep updating the sensor Dragon.
But if any of you have already ordered this wonderful PC, you could try.
You should pay attention to the chipset is new and now in the kernel is not supported, there may also be problems with speedstep as the network card .... I wait a bit. Surely as Linux or Windows machine is fantastic, if only doing the Resolve ProRes for Windows ...
I wait to see if someone Forum reduser the test, maybe Jeff Kilgroe will give us some more information.

driver cuda is ok? version?
post here your debug preferences, and try old davicni resolve 7 , only for test copatibility, just for try.
