  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Does anyone know where the Gallery stills + grade metadata are stored in Davinci 15 ?
What is the file extension name for these photos ?

Generally, that's one of those things they don't want to provide user access for, because you can undermine the integrity of the database if you change or delete any of the files. The actual stills (and thumbnails) accessed by the program do not have user-readable names -- they're weird database numbers & letters that only make internal sense to Resolve.

You're better off just highlighting the Gallery Stills and exporting them as DPX files (which will include the DRX correction as a sidecar file). There is also an option to export the entire project with Gallery stills and LUTs in the Project Manager.
