Hi!

We have a new EPIC-W Helium. We were doing some tests with the workflow that we usually do and we have some problems with DaVinci. (12.5.4)
In REDCINE-X everything seems ok, the RedRocket works flawless.
In DaVinci, we get MEDIA OFFLINE in all the clips. Looking for the clips straight from the card and also with a copy on a RAID

After some testing we realize that if we disconnect the RedRocket, we see all the clips without any problems. When we connect it, all the media goes "offline"
We have the lastest version/firmware for the RedRocket and the lastest available version of DaVinci

Anyone else having trouble with this?

Thanks!

I had exactly that same workflow problem with an original Rocket (not Rocket-X). Originally Resolve was working with the 8K footage, but after I updated to 12.5 it offlined all 6k and 8k footage until I disabled the Rocket card. I'll stay tuned for any discoveries, hope we can still use our cards for something.

Any word from Black Magic on this? I am running El Capitan 10.11.6 on a late 2013 12 Core Mac Pro/ 64GB RAM/ Dual AMD Firepro D700. I am facing the same issues on Davinci Resolve 12.5.4 Studio edition. It works fine in Red Cine X.
