  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

David Fincher, future films on Red

The trailer looks EPIC even though it wasn't shot on EPIC.
I haven't loved a Fincher film since Fight Club (Social Network was close but not nearly as good as a Fight Club, The Game or Se7en)
I have a feeling I'm going to love this one...

Too bad I just shot some stuff in Stockholm with a brand new Epic. He could talk to the company that we got it from, they might lend it to the production during these final stages.
But I don't think it's practical to do it so close to the end of the production. There's one or two on Swedish soil anyway :)

they shot this last year..

can you guys confirm it was in fact MX and not Epic as I remember IMDB technical page saying Epic AND MX so just wondering if they used both or what?

You obviously didn't read page one of this thread:

David Fincher is shooting "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" on RED ONE MX. And he is not really happy about it. He wants EPIC. He would be shooting EPIC except he is in Sweden. We just couldn't support him there with EPIC. It might turn EPIC as soon as he returns. Same goes for Steven Soderbergh when he gets back from Hong Kong.
