Data Integrity Error

Hello all,

I have searched around a little and found little advice on this one. I will submit a ticket to RED asap but wanted to see if anyone has any info.

When pressing record button on RED Epic, we get the Data Integrity Error. We have 4 cards, 2 64's and 2 128's. All four have been re-formatted and all four give the same error.

Update to latest firmware is the only thing you can try. Definitely file a ticket.

You'll need to submit a ticket and send Red your log file. There's a few things that can lead to errors like this. Some come from connectors not being very clean inside the SSD Side Module, which would likely pop up if the camera isn't maintained and cleaned regularly. There's other cable and hardware related things, but Red needs to look at your log.

This happened to my EPIC and I tried everything without success. Worked intermittently for a bit but I ended up having to send it to RED.
