I own Epic misterium-X and I am thinking of upgrading with trade in program.

I mostly shoot the most slow motion possible at highest resolution, so for me that is 4K HD 120fps. And I mostly shoot wide angle action.

But when looking at crop factors at newer cameras, I see that crop is much higher at 4K HD.

So If I am correct, if I would like to do the same wide shots and with the most slow motion, I couldn't go as wide with the newer camera, as I can go now with my Epic misterium-x?

It sounds like you would be better off upgrading to a dsmc2 camera with a DRAGON sensor, rather than a HELIUM sensor.

Dragon's bigger pixels means that 4K 120fps will look closer to your MX than Helium will at 4k 120.
