[FS: OPTICS] Contax Zeiss Set: 28mm f2 / 35mm 1.4 / 50mm 1.4 / 85mm 1.4 / 135mm 2.8

[Cedric Gall]

*** SOLD ***

Hello!

I've gone PL and I'm selling my beautiful contax zeiss set. It includes the following lenses:

28mm f/2.0 AEG (Includes a leitax-like mount, not installed)

35mm f/1.4 MMJ (Includes Contax clear filter + original metal hood)

50mm f/1.4 MMJ

85mm f/1.4 MMJ

135mm f/2.8 MMJ

All 5 lenses are fungus and haze free.
Some have a few dust particles inside. But all 5 lenses deliver perfect images.
Very minimal wear overall.

For details, please look at the pictures linked bellow!

Cheers!

Are these lenses in their original state, or have they been altered or adapted (e.g. changed mount, focus gear, declicked iris, etc.)? Thanks!

[Cedric Gall]

I'm afraid they're all in their original state.
The 28mm 2.0 will include a leitax-like mount though (it's not a leitax but it's identical to one).

For the rest, I have some canon adapters I will gladly throw in too, but I would recommend the leitax mount.

About the declicking bit.
Apart from the 28mm 2.0, the rest can be very easily declicked.
I've declicked the 50mm f1.7, the 100mm f2 and the 180mm f2.8 before (MMJ versions only) and had no problems whatsoever. Very easy mod.

[Jean-Yves Lemoigne]

hi cedric, where are you shipping the lens from ?

[Cedric Gall]

Right now, from LA. In a couple of days I'll leave to Mexico City for 2 weeks. Then I'm off to Argentina for a month.
So it depends. Ill ship them for free to all 48 states anyway!

[Cedric Gall]

As some have pointed out, the price is probably steep. I based it off ebay's sold items and they were probably a bit inflated to make up for ebay's + paypal's fees

I'll take $3,300.

Talking to my business partner about this. May be interested.

Does it come with a case?

[Cedric Gall]

Sorry Marcus, I hadn't seen your post.
It doesn't come with a case but it'll be wonderfully packed for shipping
If you're interested, drop me a PM

Cheers!

Hi Cedric,

Would you be willing to sell the 35 or 28 individually or are you selling as a set only?

[Ben Meserve]

I'm interested in the 35mm 1.4. Is it possible to break up the set?

[Cedric Gall]

Very much available still.

[Peter van der Ham]

I am interested in the 28mm, when you decide to break them up!
