I'm trying my hand at Resolve 10 after being on 8 for so long. I'm noticing that when I want to do a grain overlay the Composite>Overlay option is not there when I
right click on the edit timeline, like it was on Resolve 8. Anyone know where it moved on the interface?

Thanks.

Pages 245-250 of the Resolve v10 manual covers compositing. You can also do this with two different files and layer nodes; the advantage of keying the grain that way is that you can adjust the effect shot-by-shot or scene-by-scene if necessary.

Make the switch to 11 and you'll be even more confused. Lotsa stuff got moved... but it's a very good, solid program. They did some amazing things and made numerous improvements.
