  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

CMR Radian wireless HDMI transmitters and receivers ? who has noticed them ?

Paralinx Ships worldwide, zero restrictions, and we are the original.

Feel free to email me :

dan@paralinx.net

if you are considering any knockoff or competitor clone - do yourself a favor and reach out to the Originators and we will take good care of all our comrades around the world !

I recently bought a Radian transmitter and two receivers and they work great! Simple, good range, clean signal. No disrespect to all the other fine manufacturers.

This unit has DFS. It is required in some regions and could land you in jail if you don't have it. Yes, it takes a bit longer for the device to connect because of DFS,but it's another option: http://www.nebtek.com/products/IDX-Cam-Wave-CW%252d1.html

IDX CW-1

I dig the battery system for the CMR.

Paralinx is 100% FCC, CE, and Japan TEC technical conformity certified.

We are the original, the best, and we have the best service.

I stand behind the product far more than the copycats, so much so that their snubbed customers with broken systems have come to me asking for support.

Not only do our kits include things that copycats don't, but we have a superior product. If all you care about is price, I will meet or beat the price of these redneck and corporate imitators and impostors.

If you care about innovation you won't buy a copycat, and certainly scare tactics based on a misinterpretation of DFS requirements that forces a 60 second boot time is a horribly slow, painful, and counterintuitive situation you could subject yourself to.

it's like completely copying someone else, and then getting everything about it wrong.

I have to attest that the Paralinx service is unrivaled by any.
i have a system with 3 receivers, problem free. Works fantastic and anytime you need any help, they pick up the phone and in an instant they will help solve your issues.
Along with Jim Bartel (maker of the Bartech) and Marc Alfonso from PLC (maker of the Bartech Digital Receiver), Dan and his guys are the most responsive and accommodating customer service in the film business.
And nothing is worth more than piece of mind!

dan, not a second i thought about buying anything else then paralinx, but i want to wait as long a paralinx solution for the smallHD xport is out. :-)
cheers

I bought myself a CMR Radian MC with 3 receivers (via Reduser's Group-buy) and it cost me around $1,797 (I am very happy with it).

This to confirm, that I am not using knock-off.

CMR and Paranlix uses exact same Chip Called "Amimon Pro ", They also have cases which look exactly the same.

Amimon Pro, the chip manufacture produces all boards for all dealers in the china (nothing from out side china)

Paralinx Assembles more than 60% of the SKUs that we offer in the USA.

We are also founded and still run by Cameramen, not corporate interests - that's one reason you see me in these boards so often, and I'm completely unabashed about representing my product against weak ass copycats with chewing tobacco dribble running down their shirts and corporate fear-mongers .

Grammar is also an important part of what we believe in.

I should also mention that the aforementioned Slack-Jawed Farmer purchased one of our systems with the express intention of brazenly copying our innovations. Shame shame shame.

Again - if all you care about is price we will meet or beat any advertised price that these hucksters have online - just shoot me an email personally and we have your back, don't take a chance - get the Original:

Regarding international shipments and customer support, CMR has shipped Blackbird handheld camera stabilizers to 47 countries, and the Blackbird instructional DVD and 22 page User Manual are available in 5 languages. We have an established record of providing excellent domestic and international customer support, and we intend to maintain that level of support with our new Radian products.

Any international shipping restrictions on CMR Radian sets reflect an interest to protect customers using our products, specifically in regard to using equipment that is in conformance with local regulatory requirements.

For the US market, Radian FCC IDs are in conformance with all requirements for indoor and outdoor use.

And CMR is now shipping properly marked and programmed Radian sets to the EU market that meet EU ETSI requirements. The Radian EU Quickguide states that the sets are in compliance with EU ETSI rules for indoor use only.

It can be a significant challenge for manufacturers of low volume RF devices to provide product which conforms to the various regional RF regulations around the world. The reason is that costs for testing and certification can be very high, and devices may require different operating characteristics, such as frequencies, or power limits for different regions.

For non US and EU regions, CMR policy is to advise customers that the product is only approved for the US or EU regions.

Two of three samples of other manufacturer’s wireless sets purchased by CMR last year did not have appropriate FCC IDs (no DFS testing), and additionally they use frequencies which are not allowed for outdoor use in the US. And these same two samples, if shipped to EU or Japan markets unchanged, would have frequencies which are not allowed for outdoor use in both of these regions, and would also use frequencies which are not allowed at all in both of these regions. It is possible that configuration or marking or FCC ID changes have been made since these samples were purchased.

Ding Ding Ding.

If someone attempting to copy our innovation orders product from the USA, it is set up for the USA region.

That's a simple explanation for that.

And Once more, I will highlight that we will meet or beat any advertised - or unadvertised group buy money-gouging price for Authentic Product - simply produce a quote for the knockoff and we will beat it.

PM or Email me please if you cans, if no it's understandable

Thank

I have the Multicast Radian set, an I love it. Put it through the trenches in many outdoor situations, and it has performed flawlessly. Very happy with it, and love the powering backbone system too. We use Lipos to power everything with our Movi. Their power step down works great too. Just wanted to clarify that this product works great, and i got it directly from Rich, who is a super nice guy. My 2 cents.
