Greetings redusers...I am deep in post production so my EPIC-M kit just became available...includes heaps of support or what ever accessories you need including glass so email me via clay (at) haskellfilms (dot) com if your interested. I will be taking delivery of an underwater housing for the epic...more info on that soon!

Got called up last minute to shoot Angela Lindvall for ABOVE magazine, I grabbed my EPIC and a angenieux 16-42 and thats about it. Available light on location , was a crappy cloudy day so I pushed some warmth in camera. This image has not been
graded or re touched like it will be for print but I was very pleased with the result right out of camera. The client is using this for both stills and motion for the ipad version of the magazine that is coming. Exciting times we live in.

Nice work, Clayton!

Another Angel Lindvall. She is pretty easy to shoot, I really enjoy the DP rouge glass and looking forward to testing out some canon zooms and even leica M lenses (with reds new leica mount) to see how they stack up. Someone have an M mount I can barrow? :P

Nice stuff Clay. Great working with you at the Red Sea, the apres-shoot Bedouin drinking tent was a blast.

Hope to catch you out there again somewhere, Barcelona maybe.

Tom! Was a pleasure working with you as well, this reminds me I should be sharing some images from that Adventure. I will be in Barcelona/Girona come this January so hit me up and keep me updated on any insane expeditions... ;)

For a "blanket sky" that still looks aces... Any chance of a .r3d being posted (it's my new hobby; just futzing around with RCXp-b5 and alchemy.)

Insane expeditions always in the works Clay, taking Big Red, my Cessna 182, down to remote parts of Baja in February with Rich S. from our Red Sea shoot, preplanning going very well, I have a seat on the aircraft for you if you want it. Might have to leave a few cases of beer behind to accommodate, but hey, we can always get more down there.

Departing Los Angeles Hawthorne airport on or around the last week of Feb, with Epics, rebreathers, aerial Epic mount, and a very, very ambitious plan, will keep you posted.

Tom

Thanks Mike...nothing beats the candle in the sky! Can't post R3Ds until ABOVE magazine launches, had to sneak these in with special permission. I am keen to give Alchemy a go myself so will try and share more on this soon.

This just sounds like trouble!!!! You mentioned this plan...I believe we were in a bedouin temple smoking a hookah on the RED SEA. I will bring a spare EPIC and as much beer as I can hold on my lap. See you at Hawthorne in February! I am in.
