  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Cinematographer's handle. Ergonomics. Aesthetics. Wood.

Thanks Hrvoje, ordered one if Left handed only, or two of them if for Right & Left... :)

This is just a truly amazing handle by design, giving the fact that my bones are crumbling in Pain, and I have changed so many grips and handle I can't even recall them all, by the looks of APOLLO I really hope that my hands will thank you for it!!

EDIT:

Actually come to think of it, I might just still take two even if they can not be made for Left Hand, as I am sure I could find a way to mount he Director's Viewfinder on one of this, making it way much more comfortable then the handles that come with it.

So, one Right one Left if possible, if not still I'll take 2... ;)

For which I might send you the exact DVF once I find the perfect one, so to design a Bracket for it to mount on the Apollo.

was thinking an L+U bracket, were it screws to the Left side along way, and ends atop in a Fork configuration so to additionally screw in on both side of the thumb rest, with a center mounting point for the DVF itself, making this a most unique and comfortable DVF handle... :)

PS: your PM box is now full... :)

Thank you for the kind words, much appreciated. I designed the visuals around the ergonomics...so... :)

You can catch me on PM, let's see what can be done. I'll be glad to help.

Thank you guys. :)

As of yesterday left one is in the works as well...

Update:

Rosette mount now supports both Arri and Red rosettes.

:)

Ordered handles have been cut and shaped by the sculptor, next is fine tuning then varnishing.
Rosette mount has been machined, next is anodizing.

In the meanwhile I'm working on something else...
