So as usually happens as we increase our stride with the camera upgrade process, The logistics of customers finding a break to send their cameras in for the upgrade, even after payment, is slowing things down again.

We completely understand that the whole process can be a scheduling nightmare, and we aren't pressuring anyone and wont start skipping ahead in the upgrade line (yet) , but at the same time I don't want to lose our manufacturing momentum so we are going to start filling in the blank slots by fulfilling the backorders of the new Carbon Weapon orders.

I know that pisses off some people that are still waiting patiently in line for their number to be called for their upgrade, but we want to get as many people as we can cameras before we jump into the holiday break, which btw is December 24th to January 3rd.

I have a CF camera ready to ship, and in this upgrade line. :)

Mine is ready to go in for upgrade as well. ;)

OTOH, I'm happy to wait and do it all when my 8K upgrade is ready because that's what I *REALLY* want.

heh heh. I know.. lots of people still waiting ready and able... this always happens. And boy o boy do people get pissed off when they get skipped to another person behind them in line.

It is like when some people may be sitting in traffic not paying attention for whatever reason and a gap in front of them opens up and another driver slips in ahead of them and they go apeshit on them and yell and flip them the bird.... even though technically, it was their fault for creating that gap in the first place :)

Sounds like a very efficient way to run an assembly line; that is, filling holes in the line with what I would guess are quicker builds than the upgrade builds. Easy to switch back and forth it would seem.

(Full disclosure statement: I am in line for a new Carbon Fiber Woven. '-)

Sounds like it just happened yesterday to a certain someone who drives fast cars ;)

My schedule is free after the 20th for the upgrade. ;)

bingo. That's the most efficient way that causes the least amount of disruption.

Since the CF upgrades are kinda stalled, why don't you just go ahead and ship me my Magnesium., lol...

Not to piss anyone off but you could just start building them and not telling anyone ;)

that wouldn't last long as we are a pretty tight community... when some random dude instagrams a photo of his new carbon weapon that he just walked into the store and bought without a pre-order, word travels fast :)

I think it's better to get anything and everything out in the open and address any flak rather than have it be known otherwise and become a festering sore in a portion of the customer base. Just my opinion.

By his actions, I think Jarred agrees with me... or maybe it is me agreeing with him.

Thanks Jarred. Is it possible to have more informations about the new orders, not only the upgrades? Are we still on a parallel line? (I'm talking about the CF).

Thanks again

If you have a new Woven Carbon Weapon order in the system, you should of gotten notice today, if not contact your bomb squad. We are gonna attack those orders with a Vengeance to try and get as many of them out before christmas.

I probably should add a disclaimer here though.. if suddenly everyone with an upgrade order that has been notified decides to send their camera in that last week of christmas since they themselves are going on christmas break, The upgrades go back to taking priority.

What about nab woven orders, still nuthing on my 5:30 am nab upgrade on a epic dragon.

gotta get through Carbon upgrades first.. hence this post and hence my call to action :)
