do you have mainpower unit with you? How is your battery connected, v-lock adapter? By cable?. Have tryed with removing all the connection with your LCD,VF and other modules like side handle?

I don't have main power with me. Tryed with everything removed, brain with V-lock adapter and a Red brick.
No luck for me.

Sorry 2 hear this nightmare. Also tryed without a mount, do you have a motionmount? Other way try the support ticket, they call you back asap, i hope in time and maybe they have a idea to help you on the spot. best luck!

Did you try to press and hold power for 15 seconds to force a factory reset?

Yes but nothing either.
:-(

Contact RED Support ASAP.

Tell them what batteries and battery plate you are using

As mentioned using the AC Adapter into the LEMO Port is usually the best way to "check". Especially if you are doing the Hard Reset and there is an issue with an accessory.

Also, make sure all the contacts are clean. A guy had lint between modules that caused hell once. Always worth a look.

Just coming back quickly on the culprit of the trouble.
Internal battery was flat and after an improper shutdown internal memory did consider power sources were off (what ever the power source pluged in)
After changing internal battery the problem has been solve.
Interesting enough to mention, I always thought internal battery was just there to give you the time.

Cheers

Glad you're back up and running!

Does the Weapon have an internal battery as well? Would suck if that guy went out on us on location? How are you supposed to store your Red for long term if there is an internal LIPO(or whatever it is?
