Can't replay with Scarlet 3.1.15...

Hi,

I'm looking for help :
I can't play any clips with my Scarlet right now.
Reinstalling the firmware did nothing, rediscover did nothing too.
Any ideas ?
Another weird thing is that the remaining power can't be displayed in "Volt mode"...the only display I have is 0% even if I put a Redblock or my AC adapter ????
I hope someone can help. Thanks.

I had this problem when the epic was was feed with low power from a third party 12V power supply.

I had this problem and had to send it in and have RED fix it.

My audio jacks also stopped working...including shipping times, which they paid for, i had the camera back in about a week.

Going back to FW 3.0.7 solved the replay issue but not the voltage display....Red Europe told me to send the camera back at Pinewood for a check.
