  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Canon lenses...on iphones!?

I was about to buy it...then I saw the pictures and figured I should just stick to the iPhone lens, the pictures off my iPhone look sharper then the ones that come out with that Adapter...

I mean ok fine, its small stuff on that site but still, I've seen iPhone pictures even lower size then the ones on that site look sharper..

or are my eyes just getting really bad?

(side thing, whats the crop factor like?)

Honestly for me, I dont care about the specs at all, crop factor, there is no practical use I can think of, at least for the work I do. But im sure they will answer your questions if you call or email/FAQ.

The ad is deceiving you by showing a canon eos lens attached and then stating under the faq that there is no aperture controller

edit:
already said this in an earlier post, can' believe that no one else sees this as an issue. Deceptive tactics like that are just an immediate turn off

Well If i was remotely interested in purchasing it, I would be turned off by that, but my DSLR is as compact and as convenient as I need...for now... ;)

I guess I should have been more clear when describing Hipsters.

I have no problem with people buying this and actually trying to pursue or get started in photography or film making, or anything related to that. I started out taking pictures on my moms first digital camera and making stop motion movies, so trust me I know.

But hipsters, especially the ones I know, basically say they are the best at what they do. Their is no room for fault for them. So im sure they would get this, and say their work is better than an experienced photographer, just because they bought a lens.

But most clients with actual $$$ are not stupid.
