  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Is any payment toward RED refundable like the deposit is if we decide not to go ahead with the purchase?
 
It is refundable until you have actually been debited money from your customer account by taking delivery of product.

Hi Jon,

Perhaps you could also consider including a video covering what will be discussed at the special RED HQ 'Open Day' events, for those of us scattered all over the world, who won't be able to attend?

JVB, you're local right? You'll probably get it tomorrow morning..

I paid for Ground Shipping, Red sent me my tracking numbers Tuesday night and I got the camera Wednesday morning.
 
Got mine yesterday and put it together (as best as I could guess), but haven't had a chance to really use it yet. I'm bubbling over in anticipation!! Just want to thank the RED guys from the very bottom of my heart.

And I can't WAIT until these red videos because this sucker is...um...a little daunting when you first lay all the pieces out.
 
Quick question to those of you who received your camera the last few days, does it come with the latest firmware version installed?
