  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Bomb EVF Shipping

I orderd the Bomb EVF on Date Order Placed - July 10, 2010

Is it possible to know if any one has received their Bomb, and when they ordered?
 
If it makes you feel any better, I placed a deposit on the day before you and there has not been any notification from Red yet. :mellow:

Thanks, then We are both in the same boat. What interests me is to know some one who has received theirs and on what date they ordered.

Ok. Cool. Got it. We all still have some time to wait...just hope my EVF continues to work ( it has been giving me some small problems lately) and that is why I ordered the bomb. But, the problems are not constant... Very random...

Oh man, have you been waiting 1 1/2 years for an EVF?!
 
So what you are saying is that my December 2010 order will take a while... I'm optimistic about getting it in 2011. Hopefully before next Christmas.
 
The inability to purchase an EVF ... or even an LCD ... for this length of time is a major problem.

New camera sales must have suffered as a result.

Red Plase FOCUS all resources since until now to it are not sufficient.

Just wondering if there's any news about all the backordered EVFs?
Looks like there's no more issue with planes or shipping in Germany...

anyways.. they are indeed still shipping.. but slowly through the holiday. There is a new excuse everyday..bad weather, workers on holidays, etc. etc. but the good news is we now have great cosmetic parts... the last samples were perfect. just gotta finish assembling the damn things.

Red, any updates on excuses or shipping timelines?
 
all good in EVF land... 50 more just came in that will be kitted up and shipped out next week.
