  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hello everybody! On camera weapon 8k a problem suddenly appeared. After about one hour of work, an error of 0x0000001d is issued and the camera turns off. What can it be and how to solve it?
 
ah that famous error code :/
have you tried taking off all the accessories (side handle/blade/lcd) and tried booting the camera with the bare minimum and after resetting the firmware (keep power button pressed at least 30sec.).
i would send the error log on your ssd card to RED, last time I had this issue I had to send in my camera.
 
That is a media thing or related to things surrounding that area. Try Secure Formatting your Mini-Mags.

Can you please create a support ticket via Support.RED.com and provide us with a camera log file (Settings-Maintenance-Save Log) and details about your camera setup and shooting conditions?
