  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Best place to sell & buy Red Stock Footage?

I think only looking to Red files is a bit limiting if your searching that way. 4k or UHD is the growing market.

I'm with Corbis Motion, but there is also Getty too. Mammoth for wildlife. Artbeats tends to be restrictive on the clips they take. I do a fair a bit of sales now on my own, but they tend to be more specific small types. To nab the big boys, you really need to be with larger agency.

I have a ton of footage with a UK Royal slant - R3D, DSLR timelapse and DSLR video of the transformation of the ship the Spirit of Chartwell into the Queen's Royal Barge shot over 3 months upto and including the morning of the massive Thames Jubilee celebrations last year. I was pretty much the last civilian to be on the ship before old Lizzie II got onboard.

I'm the only one to have any of this material and I'm just sitting on it. In an ideal world I would sell it wholesale to someone. Any suggestions of where might be a good outlet for this?
