I am getting a BT-LH1700W and would like recommendations on the best way to power this in the field.

Ideally, since I already have Red batteries, would these work effectively? Are there v-mounts designed specifically for this monitor that works with Red batteries? What kind of battery life do they have?

I'm also considering Anton Bauer batteries, and if I go that route, what is the best battery/charger option for the money?

Any advice is appreciated!

Abel has designed a battery mount specifically for this monitor. It is an Anton Bauer battery plate with screw holes specificlly to fit onto a mounting point on the back of the monitor without interfering with the VESA mount points for a stand. It includes a cable to neatly reach over to the socket on the monitor. An Anon Bauer Dionic 90 will last a couple of hours on the monitor.

Check out the photos at the link to see how neat and clean it is. I'm rather proud of it (my idea!):

Modern Studio Equipment makes a great mount for this monitor. It is a beefy junior-spud adapter that bolts onto the rear of the BTLH1700 chassis....is adjustable in the tilt.
BUY IT!!
Why let a monitor costing several thousand bucks be ratched-strapped to a pancake teetering on a c-stand?
I use an old heavy-duty Mole-Richardson roller junior stand to fly my monitor. This is easy to transport, has wheels, is heavy enough to not turn over, and old enough so that the grip brothers/sisters are not eyeing it...know what I mean? :-)
For batteries, I use either my G+M or Victory cine batteries. The Panasonic monitor has a standard 4-pin XLR connection right next to the 120vAC jack. A 12vDC motion picture battery will run the monitor almost all day. And the cables are standard 4-pin which is available everywhere.

Go with 190wh Li-Ion batteries that have a built in power tap so you do not require a battery plate(added weight / expense after all), just run a tap to XLR power connector and you are done, mount with Velcro.

Other battery option could be a block battery, these mounted on a cart with the monitor is a nice option but is very heavy.

Get a screen protection system going such as the Plexiglas with Velcro, Panasonic screen protector kit or the Rhino glass from Schneider. (screen replacements are $2300 from Panasonic)

Also you may wish to consider to get a yoke for the monitor or a "in"case"ment" that mounts on a stand.

i use these. Works with red or idx batts. Works great! It's a vmount to xlr power cord.
