I was interested to know if ordering another handle with the Basic Production Pack will be an option?

Also...

Using the LCD, Would it be possible to mount it at the front or behind the camera with the Basic Production Pack?

And lastly...

Would it be possible to mount the extra handle upside down at the back of the camera, like holding a machine gun? Or would the battery and Hard drive be in the way.

Yes, they've announced that individual parts can be ordered individually.

Yes, you can mount the LCD anywhere you see a 1/4-20 hole [which is what the RED ARM uses to mount].

You could mount the HD/battery somewhere else and put the handle there. It might take some creative rigging, but there's probably a way to do it.
