Basic iPad-based control surface

All,

While I wait for these guys or Rosario to deliver, or splash some cash on a proper and reasonably-priced control surface (Tangent Element anyone?) I have found this site where they offer a custom keypad layout to be used with the Custom Keypad app.
However, this is customised with Mac OSX version shortcuts and did not work on my PC. I have updated the shortcuts, revamped their layout to my taste and deleted/added buttons for the Resolve functionalities I use most often.
I am happy to share this here.
