Hey Guys,
Just recently got my hands on a smallHD 702 OLED for on set stuff and some post colouring work due to it's great colour accuracy.
Unfortunately when it's hooked up to to S-W it's got some pretty bad banding (used the luma test signal to test this).
I assume it's the feed being transmitted over the HD-SDI port on the Camera. Anyone here with some knowledge that can shed some light on this?
I looked up the manuals of both the camera and the monitor. The Scarlet W with V-Lock I/O sends out the following:
1080p 10-bit 4:2:2
50.00, 59.94, 60.00
3G-SDI
SMPTE ST 424 (2.970 Gbps)
SMPTE ST 425 (2.970 Gbps)
The Monitor according to the manual accepts:
RGB/YCC 4:2:2 and 4:4:4,
1080p60, 1080i60,1080i59.94,1080i50, 1080p30, 1080p25, 1080p24, 1080p23.98, 1080pSF23.98, 1080pSF24, 1080pSF25 , 1080pSF29.97, 720p60, 720p59.94, 720p50
Is this it or is there a workaround, anyone here with experience?
