It's an impressive setup. I am curious about the small fan above the lens of the upper camera, any hints about its purpose? Just a generic cooling fan?

I keep looking back at that picture. I really can't wait for this to all make it to market. It must be a dream come true to watch (and participate, no doubt) as Epic comes to life like this.

BTW... This is recording stereo at 5K@48fps.... one RED BRICK was running both cameras plus the rig for quite along time

I want mine with the fan outside, a bigger fan too! And loud! That way it will look overclocked, like it can shoot higher FPS than yours. HA! Especially if it means I get it a week sooner than those talking about the fan. lol:emote_happyhappy:

Modest 3D effect... not every shot needs to have a hand in your lap.

If by this you mean the hand being considerably closer than the head for a pronounced 3D depth effect, then PLUS 1!
