  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

awesome little find

email me we can get you these for about $70 or so. readily available...

you don't happen to have a link, do you Dan? I've searched both of those sites fr about 15 minutes and don't seem to see a p-tap accessory which you are describing - there are other p-tap accessories but nothing with USB on the other end of it.

Hi Meryem,

Please call 323.230.3589.

These have been available for about 3 months so I have to jump on our distributor to get them listed.

Should be the best price around and best quality.

also, anyone thinking of a consumer unit compared to a Paralinx Arrow - we have many more frequencies, dynamic frequency selection, better image quality, Pro Chipset which offers enhanced range and many other features, not to mention our amazing customer service and support.

best Regards,

Dan Kanes

Yup. I have something similar on order. I have also a battery solution for the receiver for wireless directors monitor.

Check this out. Could be a great way to power this thing http://www.bixnet.com/usbbaboxc4aa.html

This also seems to hold a solid charge: http://www.amazon.com/Universal-Rechargeable-Battery-Cellphones-Smartphones/dp/B0062XMICW

Wonder what the battery life is like on these, could have multiples and swap out as needed: http://www.trait-tech.com/product/T...-samsung-blackberry-htc-nokia-moto-black.html

some body should make a small box for it with 4pin lemo power in / out and internal down converter and screw the whole package nicely onto a WC quickplate. preferably with a red mote mount in the back as well.

Anybody checked if the cheap WiHD is passing TC through? I know RED cameras don't deliver TC via HDMI, but an Atomos Connect will do, or a Sony FS-100.

I tested the Gefen In-Room Solution WiHD chain the other day and it blocks TC.
