Audio wont export with DVR free version

Hello

Here's the issue I'm having. I'm hoping someone can shed some light on it? Thanks in advance!

I have the free version of Davinci and I'm trying to export red prores files with 4 tracks of audio. The audio is on track 3 and 4. When I export, it only exports track 1 and 2 or just track 1. I have tried three different combos of audio export settings, but nothing seems to export track 3 and 4 where the audio is. I have even tried selecting 4 tracks of audio from the drop down in the export menu, but it still only exports tracks one and two.

The canon files on the same timeline, with audio on track 1 and 2, export properly.

Any idea what's happening here?

I don't know what's causing the problem, but here are some things I'd recommend trying out.

1. Create a new project and bring in just one of the Red files, add it to the timeline and export it.

2. Do the above, only before you export, move the audio in tracks 3 and 4 to tracks 1 and 2.

3. Create a new project, bring in just one of the Canon files, add it to the timeline, move the audio from tracks 1 and 2 to tracks 3 and 4 and export.

The above should help you narrow down the if it's a problem with the Red files or with exporting audio on 3 and 4.
