I have a vertical line of pixels that occasionally - well - go to shit. Pretty nasty distortion, either way. Not sure if it's a known issue that's being worked on or if my copy is suffering from something rare and would love some feedback. I have a few clips here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1rgeeghtuxo4xeo/Artifacts.mov?dl=0 None of those clips have ben touched in post, so it doesn't seem to be affected by under/over exposing, frame rate, or compression ratio. I haven't done enough testing to determine is it's happening at resolutions lower than 4.5k though. I can upload r3ds if that's helpful as well.

Thanks!

Have you filed a support ticket? If not, please do so. In the mean time, re-install the FW, do a factory reset, black shade and try again.

You may want to post a single frame R3D that has the artifact in it as well. Just go to the frame in RCXP and then press the R3D button and it will output a single R3D frame. You can then upload that. I am sure Red will probably want that and a log file to go with it.
