  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

April shipping update

Sorry to hear you're still waiting on some things, Nathan. Bummer... To be honest, I have spent an inordinate amount of time over the past months scouring the Red Marketplace and eBay, picking up components that were being offloaded from other new systems. It has been time consuming, but was able to pull together almost the whole accessory list I needed with brand new items - and at less than retail.

You ordered on Sept 25th and still haven't been allocated? Oh god I thought we were almost at Dec.... maybe your timestamp got messed up in the manual process?

ill have no idea as im getting the raven, but i have yet to even get a camera, so everything is lying in wait.
jason, we are both probably waiting for raven allocations still, you are probably scarlet-w, doesnt seem like any packages have gone out yet, though we were supposed to get notices pre- and during nab, as far as i can tell nothing has happened on the raven front, wake up with hope every morning.

Oh I see, that's really unfortunate... I know exactly how you feel, I've been doing the same thing

I expect to have my Raven in May, I think the floodgates will be opening soon.

Apparently I bitched a day too early, because mine shipped out today as well!

7 weeks in and I'll finally get to turn my brain on. Super excited! :p

Congrats Richard! That was a fast delivery. Looking forward to seeing what you film.

Something strange seems to be going on with my order.

My bomb-squad rep who is based in the UK said that on his system it looks like my camera shipped out on Thursday, but he can't see a tracking number. Yesterday morning he emailed a few people at RED in the US to send me my tracking number but no one replied. So as it stands, my camera could be here in Qatar, flying across the Atlantic, or still in California. Now I won't hear back from them until Monday, I guess. One final test of patience :)

I had a mid october time stamp, switched from Raven, Got allocated the 13th and paid the 14th. It was shipped on the 20th.
hang on Jason, you will have it soon i'm sure !

Your timestamp is Dec 9th?! That's weird my timestamp is Dec 7th and I haven't been allocated. Seems like we aren't going chronologically, some people are just getting their October orders, a week ago someone on Nov 28th got his allocated. If you really got yours at a timestamp at Dec 9th, that's really good news though!
