  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Anyone got any hobbys other than film & video?

are you gonna 'just' restore the yamaha or are you gonna give it a bobber look? Motorcycles is a hobby for me too! one of my first bikes (even though im 14 and cant 'legally' drive one yet) was a yamaha XS650 that i turned in to a bobber for a project at school. very cool though!
 
Hobbies eh? I don't have too many hobbies since I spend all my time working on sets or doing some part of the production process.

However, I do enjoy gaming from time to time if that can be considered a hobbie. Other than that I enjoy rugby. I love that sport so much.
 
I have a little obcession for fixing up old sail boats and then sailing them. And anything on or in the ocean. Maybe not so fast but I get there eventually.

Oh my. Far too many. Even outside film and vfx.

Cellist for most of my life but have had no time as of late. (Not true, I just haven't been motivated to make time.)
Skiing, Cycling, wakeboarding, Airsoft (although nowhere to play now), Programming, mountaineering, whitewater kayaking, photography, Philosophizing, Couch siting, Video Games (making and playing), figure drawing and sculpture, hole digging (I love digging holes it's so productive), science reading and I'm suspiciously good at badminton.

The hobby I wish I had more time and money to pursue again is flying. But it's just too spendy and would use up all my other hobby time.
 
We, at 16x9, are Golf Aficionados...
 
I should say I have a golfing problem...

We only get to play 6 months of the year. But that hasn't stopped me from keeping my handicap between 4 and 6 the past two years (I did get it down to 1.2 three years ago).

I'm a member at St. Clarles Golf & Country CLub -we have 27 holes -the South 9 was designed by Donald Ross, The North 9 Alister Mackenzie, and the West 9 is rumoured to be undergoing a reno by Jack Nicklaus...and we are hosting the CN Canadian Women's Open this summer. All the best on the LPGA are going to be here!
