Anyone experienced this issue with V-Raptor X?

Good evening everyone. I'm brand new to Red, just purchased V-Raptor X (latest firmware) and I'm encountering issues with a horizontal line showing up on high frame rate shots. It appears fixed in different positions depending on the FR selected. Does anyone have any idea as to what this might be? I'll attach images below.

Do you have an .R3D Snapshot of these to inspect? You can create those in REDCINE-X Pro.

Had a quick look. I would say contact RED Support and send them that exact .R3D Snapshot. Something isn't correct. Potentially a Sensor Calibration may help, but in this case I doubt it.

I would contact them for sure. What makes this a bit weird is that that line drifts down when I switch FR to 90s, which seems odd of a sensor hardware issue.
