  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Anton Bauer vs. V-Mount

Sorry for high-jacking the thread a little bit, but I'm just wondering as I'm waiting for my scarlet and have decided to go for the Globalmediapro Li160A batteries (AB), and I'm unsure of how many redvolts I should get for the scarlet (one is needed for the side handel if I'm not mistaken).

Are you planning on powering the camera with the Globalmediapros? Because if you are, then you don't need REDvolts at all.

Each of the REDvolts last for between 30-45 minutes on a Scarlet, by the way.

I was planing to power the Scarlet with the AB batteries, need to think if I then should cancel all my redvolts or keep one.
 
I'm keeping my RedVolts and DSMC Side Handle (when it gets here) for smaller setups and hot swapping capability.
