Hi Guys,

I only show my home videos of my little girl, because I'm proud of her having a go in the big ugly word of the modern day Music industry.
You have to support your kids. :)

We knocked out another very quick music video together... And once again it was a rush, We did it all in a short day and into the night again...
I dragged a friend and camera AC around as well and through him on one of my spare EPICs... I finished it all up in a couple of days in my hotel room in Jakarta on my laptop. Gave it a few more hours spit and polish when I got home on a more powerful machine. All done. Daughter happy :)

I always love what I can get away with though on my EPIC's.. Still blows me away on how much I can shoot in such a short amount of time. They are so easy to work with, so fast to shoot quality images in very average lighting conditions... Great cameras !

Ohhh....... Shot it all on CANON glass too as a bit of a test as well. And just finished a huge Multi million dollar project on the canon glass last week... Ill post that next couple of weeks...

Cya all at NAB... :)

Wow Mark, impressive. Most kids her age are asking parents to borrow the car. I can just picture your daughter, "hey dad, can you shoot me a music video in a day and edit it in your hotel while you're away???" Great job on editing and creating energy. So... I gotta ask... who's concert footage is that :) Ha Ha.

Reject rushes from a shoot i did last year... hehe... Hey. Recycling is good for the planet right :)

Mark it's unbelievable what you do in such short time.. I love your editing style! can you come teach me that Hotel workflow? I'll pay you 1 million dollars lol.. :yesnod:

The video is amazing.
Catchy tune. I like this song better than the first one. I know this is probably far from your taste in music and I must admit it's not the type of music I like too. I'm still young though and I go to clubs regularly and this is better than 70% of the dance songs that are being played.
Best of luck to your daughter.

Some nice post Fx shots...do you have a favorite set of AE filters you use..?

You three are doing some fabulous work together. If you had a stylist with skills that are on par with yours you could take it to the next level. Surely you know someone you could trade favors with... ;-)

Incredible how efficient your workflow is!

Stunning! I would fly to JKT tonight if you offered a Hotel Workflow Workshop

If you ever need someone to charge batteries, hump gear or get you coffee - I would gladly do so to see you work

No need to take your money.. It's simple enough . Actully, a million dollars is nothing to be sneezed at. hehehehehehe....

Im back home in AUS now. Jarkarta was a week or two ago....

Props?

This is a $0 budget music clip.... I just wanted to see if one could be done without spending a single cent or asking for freebee favors from anyone.
Quite literally walked out the front door and shot. Full post in my laptop while away OS shooting...
I just did this to show a bunch of young director /Dp's that im mentoring on how to create good content in a short ammount of time for minimal expense.
Hence no props. :)))). Actually. I lie. We did get a nice steak and a well urned beer at the end of the shoot. :) so spent a little bit.

All fun at the end of the day.

Great shoot and great content...Your daughter is incredibly talented...well done!!!
