  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I've been running into issues with my Red-Rocket card, which Red swapped out yesterday for a new one once they ran a test on it. But it got me thinking about the warranty.

Is there any chance Red can offer something similar to AppleCare, to which we can extend our warranties for our gear?

Thoughts, ideas, etc?

obviously too late for me now, but I would have gladly paid an $500 for a 3 year warranty :)
