  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Another (great) 7D clip

Really nice! I think the editor gets a lot of credit as well.

Didn't see much in terms of aliasing or moiré pattern nonsense.
 
i think it's a lovely clip! don't want to step on anyone's toes but remember the first clips that arrived from the first red ones? fast cars and scantly clad gals..hmm. i liked Perya alot more.
not talking about image quality of course.

Where's the third Wally, mean, the rolling shutter, jello, etc?
 
Jello is the least of my concerns. I had some really nice shots ruined by that moiré nonsense on the 5D2. I should have listened to Jim and Graeme! :)
 
I think I'm sold on the 7D, especially for the price. Considering most of my gigs are web-based, I think the camera's short comings don't affect me as much.

the image looks like interlaced video at the edges , in the hammer close up for example, and the skew while the hammer moves is clear. there's special situations for some tools, and tools for every situation. you choose. red chose me.
