Quick question,

6:5 with 2x gives you the image already unsqueezed ready to go for post while 4:3 the image would have to de-squeezed in the edit? What are the advantage of shooting 6:5 or 4:3 and vice versa?

I think you got it wrong.
6:5 with 2x anamorphic gives you a 2.4:1 aspect ratio when desqueezed (in post or in camera).
4:3 with 2x anamorphic gives you a 2.66:1 aspect ratio when desqueezed (again, in post or in camera) SO to finish your project in the 2.4:1 (or 2.39:1 or 2.35:1) traditional scope format you have a bit of your image to crop in post (in the width). And it can be useful if you have a bit of reframing to do in post or if you want to put an extra tracking point outside of your delivery ratio for a shot involving VFX.

(IF you use a 1.8x anamorphic lense in 4:3 mode, it will desqueeze to a proper 2.40:1 as well)

Yep. You can do the maths this way : 6/5=1.2, 1.2x2=2.40 ;-)
(and 4/3=1.33, 1.33x2=2.66, 1.33x1.8=2.39)
